Limoncello Part 3

Hopefully you have been following my little series. Part 1 was all about the zest and Everclear. Part 2 was the sugar and water. Both parts was a lot of waiting after.

Now it is done!

Next we strain

Taste (OMG that rocks)

Bottle (using my notorious Madonna funnel)

Finished all of the bottles

Now I just need to store them in the freezer till I can give them away

Here is a preview of my next project. Any guesses?

    It looks like hairy jelly. Then again, I haven’t had much coffee yet so I don’t think my eyes are open all the way.

    Kim Chee? Kombucha? It looks like something that will be fermented. Now I’m curious! Your limoncello looks delicious. 🙂

      Not even close Tanja! I haven’t departed too far from the limoncello project. That might even be lemon zest in there?!

    Yummy. I think you have the Italians to thank for coming up with this! I couldn’t figure out why you were calling your funnel the Madonna funnel and then…..ohhhhhhhhh. LOL! 😀

      Yes those Italians were on to something when they came up with this. Perfect for an after dinner shot.

      LOL the funnel has a story too. Not really appropriate for this blog.
